Prices do not include Massachusetts State Tax of 9.7%.
Room rates based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. There will be an extra fee of $25.00 for each additional guest per night.

Guest Policies

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME

Check in time is 2:30pm to 9:00PM unless other arrangements have been made prior to your arrival. Late arrivals can be accommodated with advance notice. Early arrivals may leave their luggage in the office.

Checkout time is by 11:00am. Luggage can be stored in our office for later pickup.

RESERVATION

Reservations can be made in advance by calling Saltwinds Bed & Breakfast and Guest House at (508) 775-2038. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Travelers Checks, personal checks and cash.

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings of 3 nights or more which will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Stays of 2 nights or fewer, 100% payment is required.

All reservations are guaranteed in full and therefore we will not refund your deposit. However, we will arrange for rain checks or transfer of reservation.
