Prices do not include Massachusetts State Tax of 9.7%.
Room rates based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted.  There will be an extra fee of $25.00 for each additional guest per night.

 

Guest Policies

 

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME

Check-in time 2:30 - 8:00 p.m. unless previous arrangements have been made.  Late arrivals can be accommodated with advance notice. 

Checkout time is by 11:00am.  Luggage can be stored in our office for later pickup.

 

RESERVATION

Reservations can be made in advance by calling Saltwinds Bed & Breakfast and Guest House at (508) 775-2038.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Travelers Checks and cash. 

No personal check accepted.

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings of 3 nights or more which will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.  Stays of 2 nights or fewer, 100% payment is required. 

All reservations are guaranteed in full and therefore we will not refund your deposit. However, we will arrange for rain checks or transfer of reservation.
